Welcome to my SWAPI scratchpad!

SWAPI stands for ``Simple Windowing Application Programmer Interface''. This is a portable graphics library which I want to create and use in DEU and other programs (probably a Quake editor). I will work mostly on the DOS and X Window versions of this library and I'm looking for volunteers who will work on the MS-Windows, OS/2 and Macintosh versions.
