GBIO0015-1 : A tour in genetic epidemiology
SOME PRACTICAL ARRANGEMENTS:
- Le premier cours de "tour in genetic epidemiology" (en anglais) sera le mardi 5 mars, 2013 (!!), dans 0.15 (BAT 37), 14-18 heures.
- Les cours suivants seront donnés le 19 mars, 16 avril et 30 avril.
- Le cours est organisé comme en cours très pratique avec les sujets 1) software study for genetic epidemiology, 2) quality control in genetic epidemiology, 3) the pros and cons of family-based designs in genetic epidemiolog, 4) environmental modifications to genetic predisposition
- Un base de théorie est donné sur 5/3, 19/3, 16/4, 30/4 et en plus, tout ce qui est nécessaire de completer un projet sur ce sujet. Ainsi, il y aura 4 projets (fait en groupe, à la maison, ou avec l'aide des assistents de mon équipe). Tous ensemble, les 4 projets formeront 1 projet large et complet, qui est répresentative pour l'épidémiologie génétique
