Research interests

My current interests include:

  1. Differential geometry and optimization on manifolds

  2. Diffusion Tensor Imaging (DTI): registration, tractography, ...

  3. Statistics of multivariate (manifold-valued) data : group comparison, geodesic regression.

My PhD thesis was about the geometric and statistical processing of Diffusion Tensor Images (under the supervision of Prof R. Sepulchre).

For my master thesis, I worked in the field of non-linear systems and particularly stochastic resonance in neuron models.
