Research interests
Since October 2009, I’m Ph.D. student at University of Liège under the supervision of Prof. R. Sepulchre. I'm interested in Medical Imaging and particularly Diffusion Tensor Imaging. My current interests include:
• Differential geometry and optimization on manifolds
• Diffusion Tensor Imaging (DTI): registration, tractography, ...
For my master thesis, I worked in the field of non-linear systems and particularly stochastic resonance in neuron models.
• Résonance stochastique dans les modèles neuronaux de type Hodgkin-Huxley: Etude et Application. Advisor: Prof R. Sepulchre (pdf in french)
