Valérie Jaspers - Output feedback stabilization of the angular velocity of a satellite.

Control laws have been proposed to achieve global stabilization of the angular velocity of a satellite (Euler equations) with one or two control torques. These control laws use feedback measurement of the three state variables. Our work investigates the possibility of achieving stabilization with only two measured variables.
