Research interests
My current interests include:
• Differential geometry and optimization on manifolds
• Diffusion Tensor Imaging (DTI): registration, tractography, ...
• Statistics of multivariate (manifold-valued) data : group comparison, geodesic regression.
My PhD thesis was about the geometric and statistical processing of Diffusion Tensor Images (under the supervision of Prof R. Sepulchre).
For my master thesis, I worked in the field of non-linear systems and particularly stochastic resonance in neuron models.
• Résonance stochastique dans les modèles neuronaux de type Hodgkin-Huxley: Etude et Application. Advisor: Prof R. Sepulchre (pdf in french)

Imagination is more important than knowledge. For knowledge is limited, whereas imagination embraces the entire world, stimulating progress, giving birth to evolution. (A. Einstein)
